Abia APP Guber Candidate, Mascot, Bid Farewell To Chief Uwakwe Esse
The governorship candidate of the Action Peoples Party (APP) for the 2023 elections in Abia state, His Excellency, Chief Mascot Uzor Kalu ( AKa Ekpochi Onwa I of Bende), was amongst the dignitaries that graced the occasion of the burial of Late Uwakwe Michael Esse (Nwachinemere) at his hometown, Igbere, today.
Chief Kalu, the former Chief of Staff to the Abia state government, had to cut short his holiday to travel down to Igbere to pay his last homage to the fallen hero of his village.
The deceased, Late Ukwakwe, was an illustrious son of Igbere, who many, in their tributes, described as a philanthropic pillar to the youths of his village.
