With growing misconceptions, the National Vice Chairman of The New Seraph Church, Foluke Kolade-Oseni JP, has refuted allegations of diabolism within the Cherubim and Seraphim Church, urging the media to dispel such falsehoods.
Addressing concerns at a press conference in Lagos ahead of the 2024 Annual General Conference, Kolade-Oseni underscored the church’s commitment to Christ-like values, inviting all to participate in the forthcoming event and embrace the true essence of the faith.
“We refute the misrepresentation of our church as diabolical. As believers in Christ, we uphold the teachings of the Bible, rejecting any notion of spiritual malpractice,” Kolade-Oseni asserts, emphasizing the need for accurate portrayal and understanding of C&S beliefs.
Collaborating her stance, Dr. Oluwaseye Yomi-Sholoye, the Iya Aladura General, stressed the importance of unity and prayer in navigating Nigeria’s economic challenges, urging citizens to support the government and foster a spirit of collaboration.
Yomi-Sholoye urges, “Let us acknowledge that our economic woes are not new and require collective effort to overcome. Through patience, prayer, and creative problem-solving, we can pave a path towards recovery.
“Amidst adversity, let us prioritize compassion and generosity, utilizing our resources and talents to uplift those in need. This is a time for introspection and community support, fostering hope for a brighter tomorrow.”
In a unified call to action, C&S church leaders advocated for solidarity and resilience, affirming their unwavering commitment to positive change and spiritual upliftment in the face of societal challenges.
