The social dramatic media feud between controversial singer Portable and his colleague Davido has continued unabated.
This was as Portable lashed out at Davido after the pop star unfollowed him on Instagram.
The fallout began when Portable accused Davido of giving him poor advice during a recent dinner in the United States.
According to Portable, Davido, who is signed with Sony Music, advised him against joining the label and suggested he sign with Empire instead.
The ‘Zazu’ crooner claimed this advice was detrimental, especially since he, like Davido, aspires to win a Grammy.
He suggested that signing with Empire might not bolster his chances.
After Portable’s public outburst, Davido unfollowed him on Instagram.
Portable responded by declaring that he doesn’t need Davido’s support or social media follow to succeed or win a Grammy.
He implied that Davido unfollowed him because he no longer found him beneficial.
In a video message shared on his Instagram page, Portable said, “They tried to destroy me and quickly unfollowed me because I stopped being beneficial to them. Whether you help me or not, I will do my tour; whether you follow me or not, I will collect Grammy.”
