Swiss-born content creator Nwanyiocha, who is married to an Igbo man, Ezenwa, has taken her love for Igbo culture to a new level by enrolling her son, Chijioke, in a specialized Mercedes-Benz repair apprenticeship course in Enugu last September.

MUK TV reports that the Igbo traditional apprenticeship system, which has produced more billionaires than formal education through capital circulation, embodies the enterprising and industrious spirit of Southeasterners.

Unlike his peers who attend extra lessons after school, Chijioke spends his afternoons honing his skills at his mechanic master’s shop.

After just nine months of dedicated learning, Chijioke is now capable of handling minor repairs on Mercedes vehicles.

His new skills include changing the oil, replacing brake pads, and changing oil seals, among other essential tasks.

Though born in Switzerland, Nwanyiocha developed a strong passion for Igbo culture after her marriage and has dedicated her social media content to promoting it.

In 2023, she and her family relocated to Igboland, bringing her children to their roots with the aim of acquainting them with the culture of their fatherland.
