The Anambra State Commissioner for Youth Development, Patrick Aghamba, and his wife were kidnapped by gunmen in Kogi State.
Sadly, one of his aides, A. B. Affiah, was killed during the abduction, according to reports.
The incident occurred while they were traveling to Abuja to attend the wedding of Adaora, the daughter of Governor Chukwuma Soludo, scheduled for Saturday.
Aghamba, his late aide, and Soludo’s new in-law all hail from Onitsha.
As of now, the kidnappers have not made any ransom demands.
