Controversial media activist, Martins Otse, popularly known as Verydarkman (VDM), has publicly challenged pastors who claim to perform miracles, urging them to prove their abilities by healing popular video director and producer, TG Omori.
Fans of TG Omori and netizens were set aback on Tuesday, August 27, after the video producer announced that he is currently battling kidney failure, a situation he found himself after reportedly taking a fake acholohic drink at a club in Lagos.
He took to his social media handle X to reveal that his brother had selflessly donated a kidney to save his life, but unfortunately, the transplant was unsuccessful.
Despite the setback, Omori remains hopeful about his recovery, drawing strength from the prayers and support of his fans and colleagues.
Commenting on this development on his Instagram page on Thursday, Verydarkman called on the self-proclaimed miracle-performing pastors to demonstrate their healing powers by helping TG Omori recover.
He suggested that they should replicate the miracles they reportedly perform on their congregation members.
Verydarkman said, “Come, you people did not hear that TG Omori is in the hospital; he needs a kidney. He has a serious kidney problem. They said his brother gave him a kidney, but it was not a match, so the guy is sick and helpless, hoping to God. You guys did not hear that? Where are all the pastors that help people in wheelchairs? You guys did not hear it? Where are all the pastors that raise people from the dead? Where are the ones selling miracle healing soap when they said that Verydarkman is challenging God?
“It’s time to prove your word. We don’t want to challenge you people again; come and heal TG Omori. Where are the pastors, the one that said I challenged him, saying my house will haunt me, my room will haunt me if I dare to challenge him?
“I want to challenge you now; TG Omori is on his sick bed, he needs a kidney. Go and heal him. Where is the one that said he wanted to travel, but his passport was full, and when he went to immigration, they let him through? Where is the one whose members are receiving dollars in their accounts? Come and show your miracle, heal TG Omori.
“Abi it’s only when they come to your church first? Call him to your church. All the people carrying wheelchairs to your church, it’s almost looking as if you people are arranging it. This is a popular guy, and we all know what he is going through. He is crying; he said he doesn’t want to die.
“All the pastors, where is the one that was sharing money and even demolished another church to build his church? Where are all of you? Where is the one that said I would get boils all over my body? Where are all of you?
“Heal TG Omori. They said Verydarkman is mocking the body of Christ. It is now time for the body of Christ in Nigeria to stand up and mock Verydarkman by healing TG Omori. It’s time.”
