The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC) has announced plans to hand over the operation and maintenance of the Warri Refining and Petrochemical Company and the Kaduna Refining and Petrochemical Company to reputable private firms.
NNPC stated that it is seeking credible Operations and Maintenance (O&M) companies to manage these refineries, signaling a significant shift toward private sector involvement in the nation’s refining industry.
