New Super Eagles coach Eric Chelle said he is delighted to be in Nigeria on arrival in Abuja.
The 47-year-old coach, in all-black smart wear complete with white sneakers, looked in great mood and very much at home.
He said he is happy to be in Nigeria and looks forward to many successes with the Super Eagles,” an official told newsmen.
Chelle was received by top NFF officials at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Sunday evening.
The former Mali coach will from 11 am today by presented to the media and public at the conference room of the National Sports Commission (NSC).
His immediate task is to qualify Nigeria to next year’s World Cup in the USA, Canada and Mexico.
The World Cup qualifiers will resume in March with a trip to Rwanda, before a home game against Zimbabwe.
