Brazilian adult film star Anna Polly, whose real name was Anna Beatriz Pereira Alves, tragically lost her life after falling from a hotel balcony in Nova Iguaçu, northwest of Rio de Janeiro.
The incident occurred while she was filming content for an adult website alongside two men she had invited to the hotel for a threesome.
