Former Minister of State for Mines and Steel, Dr. Uche Ogah, has thrown his weight behind President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election bid, assuring of total support from Abia State.
Speaking during a solidarity visit to the Renewed Hope Partners’ State Secretariat in Umuahia, Dr. Ogah told the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu, that President Tinubu’s 2027 victory in Abia is guaranteed.
“When we are united, everyone has a role to play. I can confidently tell you the President can go to sleep,” Ogah declared.
In his response, Rt. Hon. Kalu welcomed the endorsement, emphasizing that the Tinubu administration values every show of support and is committed to delivering on the Renewed Hope mandate.
Dr. Ogah’s declaration is seen as a major boost for the APC and the Renewed Hope movement in the South-East.
