A dramatic and chilling account of survival has emerged from a member of the Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Movement, Favour Isola, who narrated how her teenage daughter narrowly escaped death in the hands of suspected kidnappers.
Speaking during a testimony session at the church, Isola revealed that her daughter was abducted while running an errand to buy poultry feed around 6 p.m.. According to her, the girl was ambushed by men in a vehicle, dragged inside, and whisked away to an uncompleted building in a nearby community.
In what can only be described as miraculous, Isola said the assailants tied up her daughter and attempted to kill her using a cutlass. However, each attempt to behead or harm her reportedly failed.
They brought out their cutlass to cut off her head. As they struck, the cutlass bounced back. They tried her hand – the same thing happened,” she recounted emotionally.
Isola, who has been a member of the Chosen church since 2010, attributed the supernatural intervention to divine protection through her faith. While details about how the girl eventually escaped were not disclosed, the incident has stirred shock and spiritual awe among congregants.
The local police have not confirmed any formal report related to the abduction as of press time. Meanwhile, members of the church continue to praise what they believe is a divine rescue from certain death.
