A former member of The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries (TLCCRM) has come out swinging against the church’s founder, Pastor Lazarus Muoka, accusing him of brainwashing members with lies, staged miracles, and manipulative tactics.

In a viral testimony, the woman described how blind loyalty to Muoka’s teachings keeps members trapped, often with devastating consequences.

She recounted how a former church colleague from the Crowd Control Department recently visited her with one of the church’s trademark “yellow jackets.”

According to her, the visitor insisted she keep the jacket beside her while sleeping so that “the spirit of the pastor” could appear and reconvert her. She flatly rejected the suggestion, dismissing the so-called “bulletproof” jacket as nothing more than a dangerous gimmick.

The ex-member recalled a church service where Muoka allegedly claimed to resurrect a man who had been dead for 10 hours.

At the time, she said, she believed and applauded it because she was “brainwashed.”

But she challenged why such miracles failed when Muoka’s wives, driver, and in-laws passed away.

She went further, blaming Muoka’s doctrines for the deaths of faithful followers who trusted in the supposed supernatural powers of the yellow jacket.

“Based on my experience, if 100 Chosen members gather, 50 of them have mental health disorder,” she claimed, urging current worshippers to break free from what she called a toxic cult of manipulation.
