Prophet Chukwuemeka Cyril Ohanaemere, popularly known as Odumeje, has once again set tongues wagging with a dramatic prophecy about his life and death.
The General Overseer of the Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention and Deliverance Ministry, Onitsha, told his congregation during a recent service that his earthly journey will not end like that of ordinary men.
“I’m the strongest spiritual man in the world after the general, Emmanuel TB Joshua. We are not many—just two. One has finished his assignment and has returned home. Remaining is the Lion Himself, the dead man. I don’t have much time to spend here. Nobody will see my corpse,” he said, stressing that his mission is not about longevity but about completing his divine mandate.
According to him, the central focus of his ministry is to prove the supremacy of Jesus Christ.
“Our mission is to clear your doubt about Jesus Christ. Our mission is one God and one power, and that man is Jesus Christ,” he added.
Odumeje, famed for his flamboyant and unorthodox style of preaching, has long been a polarizing figure in Nigeria’s religious scene.
His theatrics, audacious declarations, and larger-than-life persona have earned him nicknames such as “the liquid metal,” “the war,” and “the indaboski bahose” — titles now chanted as catchphrases by his loyal followers and amplified across social media.
While some view him as a man of extraordinary power, others dismiss his antics as attention-seeking drama.
