NNPP chieftain, Buba Galadima, has made a stunning political revelation, alleging that President Bola Tinubu’s administration has no intention of holding credible elections in 2027.

Appearing on Arise Television’s Prime Time, Galadima accused the government of deploying tactics that will cripple opposition parties ahead of the polls.

“This government is not ready to organise a free and fair election. From their antics and how they are destabilising parties, that suggests they don’t want an opposition at all for the election,” Galadima stated.

He warned that Tinubu’s camp could face a crushing defeat if it fails to change course.

“I want to assure them that there will be opposition, and if they don’t change their style of governance, they will lose this election,” he declared.

Turning his fire on the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Galadima accused the body of lacking the power and courage to guarantee credible polls under the current administration.

“Could it be worse? What is happening is the politicking that is going on now, just two years into the life of this administration. Look at the politicking that is going on when INEC doesn’t even have the muscle and the guts to call politicians to order because people in government are the ones that started,” he lamented.
