Deputy Technician of Social Media to the Katsina State Governor, Jamil Mabai, has revealed an unbelievable twist about the leader of a notorious bandits group terrorising the state.
Mabai disclosed that the man who now terrorises communities was once the pride of Katsina State University, excelling as the institution’s best student before veering into crime.
Speaking in an interview with News Central TV, Mabai highlighted how failures in the government system continue to push brilliant minds into terrorism.
“The head of the gunman was the best student at the university in Katsina State, and he explained how long they were dismissed from government system,” Mabai said.
He warned that the inability of the government to harness and support such talent is fueling insecurity across the state.
