The former APC National Chairman and ex-Governor of Kano, Alhaji Abdullahi Ganduje, has tore into Senator Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso, calling him inconsistent, shameless, and politically unstable.

“We too have heard these rumours, but we don’t take them seriously. In democracy, there’s little difference between a fake cleric and a thief. Kwankwaso once said only a madman would join APC.

“He even mocked President Tinubu when he was contesting, claiming Tinubu only developed Lagos. Now they want to return. If they come, we’ll welcome them as ‘madmen who swallowed their vomit,’” Ganduje spat.

The attack came at an APC stakeholders’ meeting in Kano — Ganduje’s first major political outing since leaving office.

But he didn’t stop at Kwankwaso. Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf also got scorched.

“This government has no grip on governance. It’s like comparing a messenger with a permanent secretary. Theirs is a government of bandits, clumsy and confused. They spend recklessly on projects without value for money,” Ganduje blasted.

He accused Yusuf’s administration of vendetta, cluelessness, and waste.

“They’ve received more money in six months than my administration saw in eight years. Yet what have they achieved?” he asked furiously.

On his removal as APC National Chairman, Ganduje played it cool, saying, “The President did not wrong me. Leadership is by God’s will; He gives it to whom He wants at any time.”

He brushed off claims that the APC is collapsing, insisting it remains Nigeria’s largest political platform.
