Sunderland are lining up a move for Lazio midfielder, Fisayo Dele-Bashiru.
Fisayo Dele-Bashiru linked up with Lazio from Turkish Super Lig club Hataypsor last summer.
The Nigeria international had a positive first season at Lazio despite his limited experience.
The 22-year-old registered five goals and three assists in 28 appearances across all competitions for the Biancloesti.
Dele-Bashiru has, however, been hampered by a hamstring injury this season, which has limited him to just four appearances.
Lazio are reportedly open to selling the player in case they receive a suitable offer.
According to Lazio News 24, Sunderland have strong interest in the former Sheffield Wednesday star, and could bid for him when the transfer window reopens in January.
Lazio are expected to demand around €10m for Dele-Bashiru.
