The House of Representatives has thrown open the four tax reform Acts recently signed into law by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, following allegations that the legislation may have been altered after passage.
In a statement issued late Saturday, the House spokesperson, Akin Rotimi, said the move was aimed at calming public concerns and reinforcing transparency.
He explained that the release of the laws would enable Nigerians to scrutinise the documents themselves and put to rest claims surrounding possible changes to the Acts.
