Nigeria’s Super Falcons will open training camp for the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations on Friday, February 20.

Justine Madugu’s side will train in Nigeria’s capital, Abuja before jetting out to Abidjan for the WAFU B invitational tournament in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire.

Ghana and Senegal will also participate in the tournament which will run from February 27 to March 7.

The defending champions are also expected to take part in more friendly games before the start of the WAFCON 2026 finals.

The tournament will also serve as the qualifier for the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup to be hosted by Brazil.

The four semi-finalists will fly Africa’s flag at the World Cup.

The Super Falcons are drawn in Group C alongside Zambia, Egypt and Malawi.
