The Christian community has been thrown into a hierarchical battle after controversial relationship coach and cleric, Kingsley Okonkwo, lashed out at critics he described as “junior pastors” daring to question his recent tattoo actions.

Preaching from the pulpit, the outspoken pastor declared that spiritual leadership is not a level playing field, noting that some people simply don’t qualify to challenge him.

“I’m insulted because there is ranking in the spirit. My junior can’t talk when I am talking,” he said, making it clear that he believes spiritual hierarchy must be respected.

According to him, certain decisions are beyond the comprehension of those who are not operating at his level of authority and calling.

Pastor Kingsley also referenced American televangelist Joyce Meyer, noting that she got a tattoo at about 80 years old.

He explained that his own decision to post about it was not random but rooted in his assignment and the kind of audience he leads.

“I posted it because my own position and my own calling and my own constituency requires that,” he revealed.

He insisted that leadership comes with different scopes and responsibilities, stressing that what applies to one minister may not apply to another.
