
Rivers State Governor, His Excellency Siminalayi Fubara, has announced the appointment of Dr. Dagogo S.A. Wokoma as the new Secretary to the State Government (SSG) and Barrister Sunny Ewule as the Chief of Staff (COS).
The duo will be officially sworn in today, Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Executive Council Chamber of the Government House, Port Harcourt.
Governor Fubara’s latest appointments are seen as a strategic move aimed at consolidating his administration’s achievements and injecting renewed vigor into the state’s governance structure.
