Olympique Marseille and club president Pablo Longoria have mutually agreed to part ways after reaching an agreement on the terms of his exit from the French side.

The decision brings an end to Longoria’s tenure at the helm of the Ligue 1 club, where he has overseen major squad changes and several coaching appointments in a turbulent but ambitious spell. Details of the exit conditions have not been made public, but both parties are understood to have finalized the framework for an amicable separation.

Marseille will now enter a new phase of transition as the board begins the search for Longoria’s successor to lead the club’s sporting and strategic direction. In the meantime, senior executives are expected to handle day-to-day operations as the club looks to maintain stability on and off the pitch.
