Nollywood actress, Etinosa Idemudia, has strongly criticized Nigerian singer, Harrysong, amidst his marriage turmoil and the reported mistreatment of his wife, Alexer.
In a recent interview with media personality, Daddy Freeze, Alexer opened up about Harrysong’s alleged infidelity and the challenges within their marriage.
Recounting her ordeal, Alexer revealed that Harrysong confessed to marrying her out of pity and consistently expressed disdain, even undergoing treatments for infections stemming from his affairs.
A major point of contention, according to Alexer, was Harrysong’s desire for a male child, exacerbating tensions in their relationship.
Responding to the situation, Etinosa took to Instagram to reflect on her own past marriage, lamenting her youthful decision to wed what she describes as a “monster” at the age of 22.
The actress expressed concern over societal pressure for young women to marry early, cautioning against the vulnerability it poses to them in relationships.
Etinosa condemned Harrysong’s apparent discrimination against female children, citing prominent female figures like former Nigerian minister, Okonjo Iweala, as examples of female excellence.
In a scathing rebuke, she wrote, “Only a fool will discriminate against a female child over a male child. In this 2024? Is Okonjo Iweal a joke to you? Is Etinosa Idemudia a joke to you?”
Etinosa also called out Harrysong’s mindset regarding the importance of male children, challenging the notion and asserting the scientific reality of gender determination.
The actress concluded by urging a shift in societal attitudes towards gender and marriage, emphasizing the need for enlightenment and education on such matters.
