The competition for the title of First Lady in Osun State has intensified as the two wives of Governor Ademola Adeleke, Ngozi and Titilola, engage in a fierce rivalry, each claiming the prestigious position.
Both women have launched separate campaigns, plastering the city with posters welcoming Nigeria’s First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu, to the state for an official event.
Ngozi Adeleke’s poster, as reported by The Punch, boasts, “Welcome to the state of living spring. Experience the beauty of Osun State’s landscape,” while Titilola Adeleke’s poster extends a similar welcome for the turning of the sod ceremony.
With Mrs. Tinubu’s visit imminent, the battle for recognition as the true First Lady of Osun State has reached to its intriguing part.
