Kanye West, the rapper and fashion designer, has been accused of drugging and segxwally assaulting his former personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, at a party co-hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs, according to newly revealed court documents. The fresh allegations, which were filed this week in Los Angeles Superior Court, add to an ongoing wrongful termination and segxwal harassment lawsuit against West.

Pisciotta, who worked for West from 2021 to 2022, claims the incident took place years before her employment. According to the court papers, West invited her and her former musician client to a party at a Santa Monica music studio hosted by both West and Diddy. At the event, West allegedly told guests they had to drink or leave. Pisciotta says she became disoriented after just a few sips and quickly fell into a highly impaired state.

The following day, Pisciotta reportedly had no memory of the events from the night before and was left feeling ashamed and embarrassed. Her musician client, who has not been named, was also traumatized, according to the lawsuit. Pisciotta stated that at the time, she was unaware of any segxwal assault but suspected she had been drugged by someone who prepared the drinks.

Pisciotta claims that West confessed to “hooking up” with her after she was drugged, just before he fired her. She says the revelation came when West, while angry about a text exchange with his ex-wife—believed to be Kim Kardashian—mentioned that his ex suspected he had cheated on her with Pisciotta. When Pisciotta offered to clear the air by texting West’s ex, West allegedly stopped her, admitting they had “hooked up” at the party.

The court documents allege West laughed when Pisciotta told him she had no memory of the encounter, saying, “Women love to say they don’t remember.

These new accusations add to Pisciotta’s existing claims that West sent her inappropriate messages, shared explicit photos and videos of himself with other women, and promised her millions in severance pay that she never received. Pisciotta also alleged that West once locked them both in a room where he masturbated next to her before falling asleep.

West’s legal team has previously called the lawsuit “baseless” and accused Pisciotta of attempting to blackmail him. Diddy has not been implicated in any wrongdoing, and West has yet to respond to the updated lawsuit as of press time.
