Family and friends of Yahya Faruq, a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member serving at Mixed Secondary School in Ikuru Town, Rivers State, are pleading for assistance after his sudden and mysterious disappearance.
Yahya was last seen on Monday, October 14, 2024, after clocking in for his shift at a part-time job with LDM Chinese Milling Company in Ikuru Town. Despite signing in for work, Yahya did not sign out, and his personal belongings, including his bag and phone, were returned to his primary place of assignment.
His disappearance has left his loved ones heartbroken and searching for answers. The family and the local community have launched an extensive search, but there have been no leads so far.
Authorities urge anyone with information on Yahya’s whereabouts to report to the nearest police station.
