Forbes has released its list of the top 5 Nigerian artists for 2025, and it has upset some music fans.
The list shows that Wizkid, whose real name is Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, is at the top. He recently bought his second Ferrari, valued at N1.4 billion, and has a net worth of $50 million.
The second person on Forbes’ list is Burna Boy, whose real name is Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu. He is a Grammy Award winner with a net worth of $40 million.
The third person on the list is Don Jazzy, whose real name is Michael Collins Ajereh, the owner of Mavin Records with a net worth of $30 million.
The fourth person on the list is “Unavailable” hitmaker Davido, born David Adeleke. The DMW boss, according to Forbes, has a net worth of $15 million.
The fifth person on the list is Olamide, the YBNL boss, whose full name is Olamide Adedeji with a net worth of $10 million.
