Zlatan Ibile has publicly called out comedian and skit maker Carter Efe for failing to pay a N1 million bet after losing a FIFA match.
The duo played the video game at Carter Efe’s studio, where they had agreed on the wager. However, after losing, Carter Efe was unable to pay the full amount.
A viral video captured the moment Carter Efe pleaded with Zlatan to forgive the debt, but the rapper refused.
In response, Zlatan reportedly seized some of Carter Efe’s studio equipment and his phone as collateral.
Hours later, Zlatan took to Twitter to express his frustration, writing: “Carter, pay me my money. Na only 200k I don see out of 1M.”
The incident has sparked mixed reactions on social media, with some fans supporting Zlatan for demanding his money, while others believe the situation could have been handled privately, given their previous friendship.
