Each player of Nigeria’s female basketball team has been rewarded with $100,000 by President Tinubu, following their 2025 Women’s AfroBasket triumph!
Each member of the technical staff also receives $50,000.
Each member of the team will also get a flat in the Federal Capital Territory.
Nigeria’s President Bola Tinubu also conferred the national honours of the Order of the Niger (OON) on them.
