More than 100,000 people turned out for Charlie Kirk’s memorial service at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, vastly exceeding the stadium’s 73,000 maximum capacity and prompting the use of adjacent overflow venues to accommodate the massive crowds.
The tribute drew attendees from across the country, many arriving before dawn and enduring long lines and hot temperatures, with a visible sea of red, white, and blue in the stands.
Inside the stadium, dozens of high-profile conservative politicians and media personalities were present, including President Donald J. Trump, Vice President JD Vance, multiple Cabinet members, Elon Musk, Donald Trump Jr., Tucker Carlson, and Jack Posobiec.
Major figures gave speeches praising Kirk’s legacy and conservative activism, while Turning Point USA, the organization Kirk founded, coordinated memorial events and logistics.
The event was marked by heightened security, with the Department of Homeland Security classifying the memorial as an event of “highest national significance,” comparable to the Super Bowl.
Overflow crowds filled the neighboring Desert Diamond Arena, and despite the scale, medical teams responded efficiently to attendees affected by heat and long waits.
Charlie Kirk was killed two weeks ago during a speaking engagement at Utah Valley University. Sunday’s memorial, attended by leading conservative voices and public officials, was a testament to both Kirk’s influence and the deep sense of loss felt by his supporters nationwide
