The FCT police command spokesperson, SP Josephine Adeh, has reminded Nigerians about the provisions of the law which prohibits abortion in Nigeria.
In a post shared on X, Adeh mentioned that section 232 of the Penal Code and Section 228 of the Criminal Code criminalises the act of abortion and classifies it as a felony, punishable under the law for both the man and woman involved in it.
