Busola Oke, a Nigerian singer popularly known for her song, ‘Eleyele’, has raised concerns after an emotional outburst online.
Eleyele who was visibly distressed during a TikTok live, was seen crying over difficulties she is currently facing in her career.
While lamenting of being lonely and broke, she accused her colleagues and close associates of abandoning her, noting that she no longer have peace.
Apologising to her fans over undisclosed decisions she’s about to make, the singer said, “I’m done, I never plan to do this, but I can’t take it anymore.
“Gift can’t do you nothing in Nigeria, no, no. To my fans, I’m sorry, I’m so sorry, I’m sorry. I never plan to do this but I can’t take it anymore. I’m done, I’m done, I’m done. Good music don’t sell anymore.
How can you eat when there’s no food? How can you drive when there’s no car? How can you be at peace when there’s no peace. How can you hug somebody, how can you feel not alone when you’re alone. When the going was good, there were so many people.”
