We wish to draw the attention of APC Leaders in Abia State that Governor Alex Otti has started Pre-2027 Votes Buying.
In Umuehim Nvosi, Isiala Ngwa South LGA, Abia State, Governor Otti instructed Town Cryers to invite everyone in the area to Umuehim Village Square today, March 17, 2026 with their PVs and NIN for poverty Cushion Empowerment. The venue for the Pseudo Empowerment witnessed an unprecedented crowd.
We sent some members of our surveillance team to the area to monitor and find the aim of this unlawful act. The report we received was that no form of empowerment took place at the venue. Rather, a team of young men and women who claimed to be INEC Staff arrived at the venue and began to collect PVC Cards and NIN details of everyone at the venue of the Pseudo Empowerment Programme.
However, after collation of the items, the acclaimed INEC Staff were seen coding the data from PVCs and NIN of their victims into the laptops they came with.
Hence, any acclaimed empowerment programme where people are requested to come with their PVCs is Pre-rigging election strategy. Thus, Otti has started it today in Umuehim Nvosi, Isiala Ngwa South LGA, Abia State and will replicate same across the State in the next few weeks.
Abia APC Leaders, pls take note. All those who erroneously believe that Governor Alex Otti can stay in Labour Party and work for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027 should also take note.
