The Kogi State University community has been thrown into deep mourning following the sudden death of a lecturer, Anselm Ahman Victory Ojodomo.
According to reports, the tragic incident occurred on Thursday, March 26, 2026, while the lecturer was actively delivering a lecture to his students.
Eyewitnesses said Ojodomo suddenly collapsed mid-lecture, sending shockwaves through the classroom.
He was immediately attended to and rushed to a medical facility for urgent treatment.
Despite frantic efforts to save his life, he was later confirmed dead.
There has been an outpouring of grief across social media after the heartbreaking loss, with students and colleagues taking to Facebook to mourn the late lecturer, describing him as a man of strength, wisdom, and unwavering dedication to his profession.
