The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ebonyi State has expressed confidence in its chances ahead of the 2027 general elections, declaring that the party is well-positioned to win all elective positions across the state.
Speaking with journalists in Abakaliki, the state chairman of the party, Chief Stanley Okoro Emegha, described the APC as a formidable political force with a strong grassroots presence and credible candidates capable of securing victory at the polls.
Emegha dismissed the threat posed by opposition parties, arguing that many of their prominent aspirants had previously contested elections under the APC platform without success.
According to him, the ruling party remains united and focused on consolidating its political dominance in Ebonyi, expressing optimism that voters would once again give the APC a decisive mandate in 2027.
The APC chairman maintained that the party’s performance and structure across the state place it in a favourable position to emerge victorious in the forthcoming elections.
