Alex Iwobi, a prominent player of the Super Eagles, revealed that he has decided to step away from social media following the recent match against the Elephants of Ivory Coast on Sunday, February 11.
During an interview with Minister of Sports, John Enoh, Enoh mentioned awareness of social media discussions to Iwobi.
In response, Iwobi stated, “I have taken myself off social media, so I am not aware.”
Enoh expressed pride in Iwobi and encouraged him not to be affected by any online comments.
