Tragedy struck the CCC Grace of Comfort Parish in Ile-Ife, Osun state, as Most Superior Evangelist Olagbaju Moris Gbade Fadehan, the Shepherd In-Charge, was brutally murdered and set ablaze on Monday evening, February 26th, allegedly by his own assistant, Evangelist Olalekan Ogundipe.
Reports indicate that a conflict between Fadehan and Ogundipe escalated into a fatal altercation following the conclusion of their service.
Allegedly, Ogundipe fatally stabbed Fadehan, resulting in his immediate demise.
Shockingly, the assailant then proceeded to set the deceased ablaze, still wearing his sutana, within the church premises.
Law enforcement swiftly intervened, arresting the suspect and initiating an investigation into the chilling incident.
