The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has declared that it achieved all its stated objectives following 40 days of military operations targeting Iran, describing the Iranian regime as being at its “weakest point” since its founding.

In a summary released by the military, the IDF said its campaign significantly degraded Iran’s military capabilities, including the elimination of 28 senior commanders and the destruction of approximately 250 air defense systems. It also reported that around 60 percent of Iran’s ballistic missile launch platforms had been taken out of service.

The operation involved widespread aerial assaults, with more than 4,000 targets struck across Iran. According to the IDF, over 4,600 airstrikes were carried out in Tehran alone during the course of the campaign.

IDF Chief of Staff emphasized that the Iranian front has now been designated as the military’s primary readiness focus. He added that Israeli forces remain prepared to resume operations if necessary, signaling continued vigilance despite the declared success of the mission.
