Ebonyi State-based TikToker, Chisom Achor, has alleged that he remains in detention despite being granted bail by a court, raising concerns over his health and welfare.
Achor, who has been in custody since November 2025 over allegations of conspiracy and cyberstalking, claimed that efforts to secure his release have been frustrated despite reportedly meeting all bail conditions.
The TikToker further alleged that he was being pressured to implicate certain individuals in a purported plot against a federal lawmaker, an allegation he said he refused to comply with.
Sources close to the matter have also expressed concern over Achor’s deteriorating health while in detention and called for urgent attention to his situation.
Achor was arrested following social media posts critical of a federal lawmaker and was later arraigned before a magistrate court in Enugu on charges related to cyberstalking and conspiracy. The case has continued to attract public attention, with supporters calling for due process and compliance with court orders.

As of the time of filing this report, there has been no official response from the lawmaker regarding the allegations.
