Young participants from Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra State have continued to make significant strides at the ongoing Pan-African Boot Camp in Kigali, Rwanda, where they are receiving intensive training in Artificial Intelligence and emerging digital technologies.
The initiative, sponsored by the Mayor of Aguata Local Government Area, Dr. Chibueze Ofobuike, is aimed at equipping young people with the knowledge and practical skills required to thrive in today’s rapidly evolving digital economy.
During the latest phase of the programme, the participants explored the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence, including prompt engineering, coding principles, and the application of AI tools to learning, innovation, and problem-solving.

The training also emphasized critical thinking, creativity, digital literacy, and innovation as essential skills for success in an increasingly technology-driven world.
Organisers of the programme said the boot camp is designed to prepare young people not only for future employment opportunities but also to empower them to become innovators, entrepreneurs, and leaders capable of driving technological advancement across Africa.

They reaffirmed their commitment to expanding access to similar opportunities, with the goal of exposing more young people to global learning experiences that will position them for success in the digital age.
