Arokodare Dropped as Wolves Cancel Training Over Disciplinary Issue
Wolverhampton Wanderers have reportedly cancelled a training session after striker Tolu Arokodare allegedly refused to leave the pitch when instructed not to train with the first team.
According to reports, manager Cesar Peixoto took a firm stance on the incident, signalling that poor discipline and player misconduct would not be tolerated.
Extra security was reportedly deployed at Compton Park on Wednesday to prevent Arokodare from accessing the training ground.
The Nigerian forward is also expected to miss Wolves’ trip to face Maidenhead United in a pre-season friendly on Thursday as the disciplinary situation continues to unfold.
