Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Odo Ifeyinwa Juliana of the Nigeria Police Force has been decorated with her new rank following her promotion by the Police Service Commission (PSC), attaining another milestone in her trailblazing career.

MUK TV reports that ACP Ifeyinwa, a former Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP), was decorated on Thursday by the Imo State Commissioner of Police, CP Audu Garba Bosso, in the presence of her elated family and friends.

With her latest promotion, she is expected to head the Aba Area Command, Abia state, and would become the first female Commander to be in charge of the Command.

An accomplished officer known for her dedication and professionalism, ACP Ifeyinwa previously worked in the Anti-kidnapping unit of the Abia State Police Command.

A trailblazer who has continued to break gender barriers in the security sector, the Enugu-born officer rose to become the first and only female officer to head unit while serving as a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) in the state.

Through her impressive contributions to crime prevention and public safety, ACP Ifeyinwa has left an indelible mark on the security architecture of Abia State.

Her name remains etched in the history of the state’s fight against crime.
