Leading energy company, Pinnacle Oil and Gas Limited, has announced its partnership with the 2026 Enugu City International Marathon as the official energy partner, strengthening its commitment to health, wellness and positive social impact.
The marathon, organised by Nilayo Sports Management Limited and endorsed by the Enugu State Government, is aimed at promoting athletic excellence, healthy living, tourism and community engagement while positioning Enugu as a major destination for sports tourism.
Speaking on the partnership, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Pinnacle Oil and Gas Limited, Adenike Labinjo, said the company’s support for the marathon was part of its broader Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) commitment to creating lasting value for society.
Labinjo said Pinnacle believes that national development should not be measured solely by economic growth and infrastructure but also by the wellbeing, potential and aspirations of citizens.
