The Anambra State Police Command has arrested a 36 year old content creator, Anulika Onyeanusia, over an alleged case of child sexual abuse and pornography involving a minor.
The arrest followed the circulation of disturbing video clips on social media, which allegedly showed a woman engaging in sexually explicit acts involving a child.
The videos reportedly sparked widespread outrage, with several social media users calling for the immediate arrest and investigation of the woman involved.
The clips continued to trend across social media platforms on Thursday, prompting renewed calls for law enforcement authorities to identify those responsible and protect the children allegedly featured in the content.
The Anambra State Police Command subsequently arrested Onyeanusia in connection with the alleged offence.
