The Chief of the Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Idi Abbas, has commended Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, for his administration’s support for infrastructure development at the Nigerian Navy College of Accounts and Finance (NNCAF), Owerrinta.
Vice Admiral Abbas described the partnership between the Abia State Government and the Nigerian Navy as important to improving training, enhancing personnel welfare and strengthening operational efficiency.
He acknowledged the importance of collaboration between state governments and military institutions in providing the facilities and support needed to improve professional training and institutional development.
The partnership reflects ongoing cooperation between the Abia State Government and the Nigerian Navy in supporting infrastructure and improving conditions at the naval training institution in Owerrinta.
Such collaboration is expected to contribute to a more conducive training environment and support the institution’s role in developing personnel for the Nigerian Navy.
