President Bola Tinubu has arrived back in Abuja on Wednesday morning following his trips to the Netherlands and Saudi Arabia.
Tinubu’s return to the country was marked by a reception at the Aso Rock Villa, where he was greeted by officials of his administration, as reported by the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA).
His return puts an end to speculation about his whereabouts, with the presidency confirming on Tuesday that Tinubu would return from his European trip.
Recall that Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser on Information and Strategy to the President, had announced Tinubu’s impending return in a statement on Tuesday.
Tinubu embarked on his official visit to the Kingdom of The Netherlands on April 22, departing from Abuja.
