Senator Ezenwo Onyewuchi for the Labour Party (LP), representing Imo East, has defected to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Senate President, Godswill Akpabio read his defection letter during plenary today July 23.
Imo state Governor and Chairman of the Progressives Governors Forum (PGF), Hope Uzodinma, was present in the upper legislative chamber to receive the decampee when the letter was read.
