Yusuf Ismail Isa, one of the suspects in the fatal gun attack on the convoy of the General Overseer of the Omega Fire Ministry, Apostle Johnson Suleiman, has confessed that the reason for the attack was to assassinate the clergyman, noting that he was the first person to open fire on the convoy.

The prime suspect, who was arrested by the Intelligence Response Team (IRT) of the Nigerian Police Force is currently being paraded by the police in Abuja.
Apostle Suleiman’s convoy was attacked in October 2021 along the Auchi road in Edo state, leading to the death of 7 people, including 3 three police officers attached to him.
