Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) has appointed Mr Negongo Mweshitsama Naftal from Namibia as the Referee for CAF Champions League second preliminary round first leg match between Black Bulls(Mozambique) and Rivers United FC(Nigeria).
The “Associação Black Bulls” will host the “Pride of Nigeria” on Saturday, October 18 at the Lalgy Sport Arena, located in Matola, Mozambique, a city near Maputo in the first leg. Kickoff time is 3pm (local time) and 2pm (Nigeria time).
He will be assisted by compatriots Alex Muzibwene Lumponjani (Assistant Referee 1) and Hangula Velinoma Angula (Assistant Referee 2), while Fillipus Hanyemunange Nghilinganye will serve as the fourth official.
The match will be commissioned by Mbarouk Suleiman Othman from Zanzibar.
