Turkish giants Galatasaray are holding back in the pursuit of Nigeria forward Ademola Lookman due to the player’s recent performances, says Gala insider Burhan Can Terzi.
Following a turbulent start to the season at Atalanta as well as a broken relationship, Lookman has been linked with a move away from Italy and Gala has been tipped to get his signature in the January transfer window.
Transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano on Monday confirmed that Atalanta remain open to discussions regarding the 28-year-old Nigerian, but there is no agreement in place with Galatasaray, nor with Lookman’s agents.
According to Terzi, the Turkish club are still monitoring the player, with the hope of seeing an improvement in his performances.
